7 Homemade Cappuccino Recipes with a Professional Cappuccino Machine

Homemade cappuccino is a true delight. The delicious taste, the way that the cappuccino ingredients create a creaminess and a decadent texture, and much more.

We’re going to look at several different recipes that you can make with your cappuccino machine.

Once you are familiar with how to make a brilliant latte or cappuccino, you won’t want to stop at the typical boring drink. Let’s find out more.

1. Cream Desserts

  • Hundred and 50 mL of double cream
  • 11 g of gelatin
  • Six teaspoons of instant espresso coffee powder
  • 275 mL of whole milk
  • Three large eggs
  • One teaspoon of cornflour
  • 200 mL of crème fraîche

It is done by soaking some gelatin in a bowl with a hundred milliliters of water. Once your waiting for the gelatin to soak up, take a medium saucepan and keep it on a gentle heat – you will then want to add in some egg yolks and cornflour.

At the same time, heat some milk, and when it is starting to go very hot, pour over the egg mixture, whisking rapidly.

Combine everything into one saucepan, adding the gelatine and coffee powder. Give the whole thing a mix and give it some heat. Once everything has completely dissolved and is starting to thicken up, remove the pan from the heat, leave it to cool, and add in some crème fraîche.

In another bowl, you’re going to want to whisk the egg whites and begin folding in teaspoons of egg white into the coffee custard mixture.

Once you notice that, it begins to loosen up, pour in the rest, and let it cool down. Please put all of your blends into glasses and leave it all to stand, making sure that you cover everything up with cling film. Leave your glasses in a cool place and then chill them in the fridge until they are ready to serve.

2. Vanilla Cappuccino
